1) What do you consider a day?

-24 hours

 

2) How often should I change the oil on my machine?

-Every 40 hours

 

3) When is the best time to bring my lawn mower in for service?

-September - November or February - April

 

4) Is there anything I should do when putting my equipment away for the winter?

-Remove all fuel, and run dry. For power washers, we recommend running anti-freeze through the pump. Also remove batteries and store in a warm dry place.

 

5) Do I have to use the minimum rental during your operating hours?

-Yes

 

6) How long does gas lasts?

-Gas only lasts about 2 weeks. Anything over one month should not be used.

 

7) How often should I sharpen my lawn mower blade?

-Minimum of twice a season.

 

8) When is the best time to tatch and aerate my lawn?

-Early Fall and early Spring

 

9) Do you sell used equipment?

-Yes we do. Just give us a call or check out the Used Equipment secton of our site to see what is available.

 

10) Are your mechanics trained?

-Yes, they go to several update trainings throughout the year.

 

11) When should I sharpen the chain on my saw?

-When the saw stops throwing big chips while you are cutting.

 

12) What does warranty cover?

-Warranty covers factory defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse and lack of protection during storage or accident.

 

13) What do I need to rent equipment from you?

-You need a valid drivers license, or county id. If you live in Ocean County you may pay cash or credit card. If you live outside of Ocean County you must pay with a credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name on the drivers license.

 

14) Do you repair machines other then those listed on your site?

-Yes. Please call us, and provide us the wtih brand of equipment so we can further assist you.

 

15) What information do need to provide to order parts?

-Please make sure you have the model and serial numbers of your equipment.

 

16) What types of payment do you accept?

-We accept cash and credit cards. We do NOT accept checks.

The cards we accept are; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express,

 

17) Do you show us how to use the equipment?

-Yes, any time a piece of equipement goes out, we are happy to show you how to use it.

 

18) What am I responsible for when renting equipment?

-You are responsible for any damage that occurs while the machine is in your care that is NOT considered wear and tear.
