Rental Terms & Conditions.

Store Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am to 2:00pm
We are closed on Sundays during winter months

Day: Any 24 hour period *see rates – overtime pro-rated
Week: Any 7 consecutive days * see rates – overtime pro-rated
Month: Any 28 consecutive days * see rates – overtime pro-rated

 

WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR TIME USED- WE CHARGE FOR TIME OUT!

Holidays:
Closed: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day.
Equipment picked up after 3:00pm on the day before holiday, and returned by 9:00am after
holiday – 1 day charge

Rates:
All rates are based on an 8-hour day – 40 hour week – 176-hour month

Terms:
Net cash- Credit extended to 10th of month for selected accounts. Accounts not up to date by 24th of month will be placed on cash basis, immediately without notice. Past due accounts subject to 1 ½% per month interest charge.

Abuse: We accept NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED FOR!

Tires: Customer is responsible for tire damage or flats – trouble due to normal wear and tear will be responsibility of Blair’s Rental.

Insurance:
Blair’s Rental is NOT RESPONSIBLE for rental equipment once it leaves the yard – LESSEE is completely responsible as our insurance DOES NOT COVER it while it is in your hands. In case of lost equipment – customer will be billed at list price and rental will continue until we receive police report.

Minimum Rental:
1 day – unless noted on contract
1 day – on delivered equipment

Delivery: Call for Rates

Rental Charges: You will be charged from the time you check OUT the equipment until it is RETURNED AND CHECKED IN. If equipment is delivered – the rental period starts when our truck leaves the yard and ends when the equipment is ready for IMMEDIATE PICK-UP, waiting time will be charged for.
